Who We Are
The “Leads” in LeadsOnline refers to investigate leads, the information law enforcement uses to catch criminals. We provide data, analysis and ballistic tools that help investigators across the world advance more cases faster.
Since 2000, we’ve been developing investigative technologies and we acquired some other companies and their solutions along the way to build a comprehensive crime-fighting platform. We started in Texas, but now we have offices around the globe and we’ve grown the team to hundreds of people.
Team members are challenged to contribute, to be excellent in their roles and they have access to technical and functional training for ongoing professional development. We love what we do and that’s the vibe our customers, partners and visitors pick up on immediately.

Our Interview Process
What to expect when you decide to pursue employment with LeadsOnline.
Apply
Be sure to include a current resume and your contact information.
Review
Our People Operations Team will review your application and reach out if they think you could be you're a good fit.
Screening
This phase includes video interviews and culture and technical assessments.
Evaluation
You’ll interview in person with the hiring manager and other members of that particular department.
Offer
The hiring manager will extend a verbal offer and then put it in writing.
Personally, I've grown in my gifts and have become more confident as I've attacked the things that used to make me uncomfortable, like public speaking for example."
