The BrassTrax acquisition system revolutionizes the way cartridge case evidence is integrated into an IBIS network. This state-of-the-art station is adept at securing high-definition 2D imagery alongside exact 3D topographical details of critical areas, including impressions from the breech face and firing pin on the primer, as well as ejector marks on centerfire cartridge cases. For rimfire cartridges, it meticulously captures the firing pin impression. Furthermore, it generates a comprehensive reference image of the entire head.
