Detective Albert Montoya from the El Paso County Sheriff’s office reported that an investigator at his SO was able to positively identify a suspect involved in “deceptive business practices” by searching their phone number in LeadsOnline. The identification was possible despite the fact that the suspect had disconnected this phone number long ago.
