In April of 2023, a missing person report was made to the Tyler Police Department. The PD was in a trial period with CellHawk at the time and uploaded information from this case into the platform. LeadsOnline Support was able to assist the case investigator in using the platform to uncover and analyze the necessary information in their data. Tyler PD is now a CellHawk client and while the body was never found, this investigation led to the arrest of a suspect for the victim’s murder.
