PLANO, Texas – April 8, 2025LeadsOnline LLC, a global provider of data, analysis and ballistic tools for law enforcement agencies, today announced the appointment of Alicia Joseph as Global Vice President of Marketing. Her arrival marks a significant step in unifying the company’s marketing efforts at its Texas-based headquarters following the acquisitions and successful integrations of Nighthawk.Cloud, Inc. and Forensic Technology.

Alicia brings more than 15 years of strategic marketing leadership to LeadsOnline, with a proven track record of success in driving significant growth and transforming brands. Recognized for launching award-winning campaigns and cultivating high-performing teams, Alicia’s expertise will be instrumental in accelerating LeadsOnline’s growth. She joins LeadsOnline from AT&T, where she most recently served as Director of Product Marketing for AT&T Business.

“Alicia brings a rare blend of creative vision and operational rigor, making her the right leader at this juncture to position our suite of investigative solutions for future growth,” said Alex Finley, CEO of LeadsOnline. “We’re continuing to invest in our people and technology to address the challenges our law enforcement partners face from their arrival at a crime scene to the courtroom where justice is ultimately delivered.”

As VP of Marketing, Alicia will oversee global brand, product marketing, and demand generation efforts. She joins LeadsOnline as it celebrates 25 years in business and deepens its work across the post-incident resolution lifecycle, including the recent release of a new product to accelerate crime gun investigations. IBIS ClearCase fully automates the initial ballistic analysis process, providing investigators immediate leads and decreasing the amount of time it takes to submit evidence to ballistic data networks like NIBIN (National Integrated Ballistic Information Network), operated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to determine if a firearm used in one crime may be related to others.

“The LeadsOnline team is incredibly passionate and mission-driven,” Alicia explained. “I’m energized by the opportunity to tell its story and those of our customers who’ve embraced technology to advance their investigations, deliver justice, and make communities safer.”
